What does a therapy session typically look like?

Our first session will consist of an interview to gather information about your journey up until now, look into what’s important to you and set some goals to work towards.

At Equip we like the bigger goals, even the ones that you may have considered unattainable before!

We will also provide an examination of your movement, muscle power, gait, balance and relevant functional tasks.

Therapy will likely consist of strengthening exercises, practice of tasks such as walking or parts of a task such as stepping. We provide therapy to those with limited ability to those that are completing more high level tasks such as returning to running or sport.
